These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of Creativase websites and to purchases, downloads, and other services offered through Creativase and its imprints, including Diane Vandu, Luli Rose Mercer, and Go Fun Tunes Kids Stories. By using the site or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms.

Our products and services

Creativase offers creative products that may include digital downloads, printable coloring pages, books, journals, planners, trackers, and related content. Some physical products may be offered through third-party retailers or marketplaces rather than sold directly by Creativase.

Digital product license

Unless a product page specifically states otherwise, digital products purchased or downloaded from Creativase are licensed for your personal, non-commercial use only.

You may download and print the files for your own personal use. You may not resell, redistribute, share, upload, sublicense, reproduce for commercial distribution, or make the digital files available to others, whether for free or for payment.

Orders and payment

Prices and product details are displayed on the applicable product or checkout page. Payment is processed through third-party payment providers. You agree to provide accurate information when placing an order and to pay the amount shown at checkout.

We may cancel or decline an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, payment problems, pricing errors, or technical errors.

Digital delivery

Digital products are delivered electronically through the method shown during or after checkout, which may include a download page, email, or other electronic access. You are responsible for providing a working email address when an email address is required for delivery.

Refunds

Digital products are subject to our Refund & Return Policy. Because digital files cannot be physically returned once access has been provided, digital purchases are generally final except as described in that policy.

Intellectual property

The Creativase website and its original content, including artwork, designs, text, branding, graphics, downloadable files, product layouts, and other materials, are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Purchasing or downloading a product does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its normal operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or accounts, use the site for unlawful purposes, or copy or distribute protected content except as expressly permitted.

Third-party services and links
