Refund & Return Policy

This Refund & Return Policy applies to products purchased directly from Creativase websites, including products offered under Creativase imprints such as Diane Vandu, Luli Rose Mercer, and Go Fun Tunes Kids Stories.

Digital products

Because digital files are delivered electronically and cannot be physically returned after access has been provided, sales of digital downloads are generally final.

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us. We will review issues such as:

• a duplicate charge for the same purchase;
• receiving the wrong digital file;
• a file that is corrupted or cannot be opened and cannot be corrected or replaced; or
• another verified technical or order-processing error on our side.

When a file problem can reasonably be corrected by replacing or re-sending the product, we may first provide a replacement or new download access. Refunds may be issued when appropriate after the circumstances are reviewed.

Change-of-mind purchases

We generally do not provide refunds for digital products because a customer changed their mind after receiving access, purchased the wrong item without a site or order error, does not have compatible software or equipment, or is dissatisfied with printing results caused by personal printer, paper, ink, scaling, or device settings.

Free downloads

Free resources do not have a purchase price to refund. If you have trouble accessing a free download, contact us and we will try to help with the file or access issue.

Books Purchased Through Amazon

Some Creativase books are available for purchase through Amazon. Purchases made on Amazon are processed, fulfilled, and handled by Amazon rather than directly by Creativase.

Returns, refunds, replacements, shipping issues, and delivery questions for books purchased through Amazon are subject to Amazon's applicable policies. Please use your Amazon order details or Amazon customer service for assistance with those purchases.

Approved refunds

If a refund is approved for a purchase made directly through Creativase, it will normally be issued through the original payment method or payment provider. Processing times can vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.

Contact us about an order

When contacting us about a purchase, please include the name and email address used for the order, the product name, the purchase date, and a brief description of the problem. Do not send full credit-card numbers or other sensitive payment information by email.
